last monday i get a phone call from this elderly lady i used to know in my old congregation.
she first asked if it was me, then went into full frontal attack, you know, one of these when you feel as if person on the other side would rip your eyes out through the wires if they could.. "blah, blah, blah .. you've been filling s.. (my ex) ears with your propaganda ... blah, blah".

You ought to send her a book about mind control and the Moonies as a gift. Flipper just posted a experience where he mentioned this book. It is EXCELLENT! My parents have it, though I have only scanned parts of it, I was shocked it was not talking about the JWs but the Moonies, a cult who has so many simularities it is shocking! You could send it as a gift for her Phsycology(spelling??) intrests. Keep us posted!

it happened again like in july when i talked to an elder and his wife about child abuse, but this time i got a hold of rank and file members who fortunately i was able to play like a fiddle as they had no idea what they were up against here.
so brother middle age ex-hippie convert ( as he told me later ) and sister middle age hair in a bun offered me the awake on death or our view of death.
i graciously accepted gaining their trust saying yes, i had close loved ones who had died over the years but didn't know if i believed in a resurrection or hereafter.

That was a AWESOME experience!!!!! My Father (Rockhound) and I were talking today and he said that the topic of Pediphilia cannot be debated. The facts prove that in these cases these men were known child molestors by the elders, and in time were appointed, only to remolest more children while being elders and ministerial servants.
The 607 issue, being a cult or not, etc..are things that they can debate, but not this subject. I agree with you, we need to keep this in front of them, and hold their feet to the fire! We need to inform as many as we can, because like you just showed with your experience, most have no clue.

If ever I am ready for a confrontation it is when I am PMSing. Sometimes it comes in handy!!! Ha Ha Ha!!! Thank you SO MUCH for the scans of the letter!! I am THRILLED!! I do believe I will be sending the two of them a copy!! I am sure the CO will ignore it, but perhaps the elder who was standing there with his eyes like he was caught in the headlights..well..it may make him think! At least he will know we know more then he thought. And they will be trying to figure out how we got a copy of that letter!! Ha ha ha!! So again THANK YOU!!

Thank you for your kind words!! It means so much to us. Yes, we were empowered by your work, and it felt good to stand up to them!! Of course being a little PMSed helped!! Ha Ha Ha!! I hope others will use the pediphile issue to throw in their face if they are approached as well. The COs denial, and belittlment of how many have suffered really set me off. Just another fruitloop sticking his head in the sand! GRRRRRRRRRRR Meanwhile the suffering of the little children continue! It is truely heartwrenching!
